Just wanted to touch base and let you know that Ari is doing great job for us on the renovations we are undertaking at several of the units at Doncaster Ave. I have thanked him on many occasions but I thought it best to also let you know that we are very happy with the progress. We are hopeful of some better rental returns once these are completed!!
